How can I place an order?

Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, Saburi Sports ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available — please check with Saburi Sports for details.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Saburi Sports accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Please note:
Condition: Shoes must be unworn in the original box, and rackets must have the manufacturer’s plastic wrap and tags intact. Items with removed tags, missing packaging, or visible signs of use cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items: Stringed or customized rackets, opened shuttlecocks, clearance or final-sale items, and personal-use products (such as grips, socks, or worn apparel).
Process: To request a return, email support@saburisports.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time until it arrives at your door.
