Saburi Sports accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and all tags are intact.

Condition: Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box. Rackets must have the manufacturer’s plastic wrap and tags intact. Items with removed tags, missing packaging, or visible signs of use cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items: Strung or customized rackets, opened shuttlecocks, clearance or final-sale items, and personal-use products such as grips, socks, or worn apparel.

Restocking Fee: Approved returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or product, please contact us first. Depending on availability, we can help arrange an exchange or guide you through the return and replacement process.
