Refund policy

At Saburi Sports, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. While we hope you’ll love your purchase, we understand that returns or cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.


Q: What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted. Please retain the original shipping box and packaging, as they are required for processing your claim.


Q: Do you charge a restocking or processing fee?

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Orders paid via Credit/Debit card may also be subject to non-refundable merchant processing fees, as payment providers do not return these fees to us. Orders over $500 may incur additional processing charges.

👉 To avoid these fees, we recommend using Direct Payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, or Check). With these options, no merchant fee is deducted, and you can also Save 5% at checkout.


Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or product?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.


Q: How do I return a product?

Email us at saburisports@gmail.com with your order number to request return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. All returns must be shipped in a box, prepaid, insured, and with a valid tracking number.


Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received and approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Merchant fees are non-refundable if the payment was made via credit/debit card.


Q: What products cannot be returned?

Rackets – Not eligible for return once customized or strung. Manufacturer's plastic wrap on the handle must be intact. All stickers, tags, and original covers must be included. If racket was strung by Saburi Sports, it is considered customized → not returnable. If racket was strung by a third party, it is considered used → not returnable. Pre-strung rackets from the manufacturer may be returned if the plastic wrap is intact and strings show no signs of wear or usage.

Shoes – Must be unworn, in original box, with all tags intact. Used shoes may incur higher fees or be denied.

Shuttlecocks – Only unopened tubes are eligible. Opened or used shuttlecocks cannot be returned.

Clearance & Sale Items – Final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.

Court Equipment – Stringing machines, nets, and court accessories are non-returnable once delivered.

Customized Orders – Any product altered or personalized is not eligible for return.


Q: What about stringing services?

Stringing service fees are non-refundable once completed. Saburi Sports is not responsible for any issues with string performance after delivery.


Q: What about defective products or shipping errors?

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Errors: If we ship the wrong item, we will cover the cost of sending you the correct product.


Q: Can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, email saburisports@gmail.com immediately. Orders paid via Credit/Debit card are subject to a 3–5% cancellation/processing fee (depending on order value).

If your payment has not yet been captured, there will be no fee and the full amount will be refunded.

Orders over $500 may incur higher processing charges.

👉 To avoid merchant fees on cancellations, pay with Zelle, Venmo, or Check using our “Save 5%” option. These methods allow us to issue a 100% refund with no deductions.
